Westchester Manor at Providence Place proudly has a low patient to staff ratio, providing encouragement and motivation to ensure that each resident enjoys the fullest life possible. We welcome the involvement of families who can play a significant role in the recovery or stabilization of their loved one. Long-term care and a secure unit provide round-the-clock comfort and attention, should those services be required.

Westchester Manor is a skilled nursing facility with no more than 22 patients per hall, providing an uncommon level of attention and monitoring for this type of facility. Our Rehab to Home program builds the strength and endurance of our patients to ensure a safe discharge home.

We are located at 1795 Westchester Drive, High Point, NC 27262, minutes away from local restaurants, boutiques, banks, churches, and more.

I love to see my residents smile and to get a laugh is even better! Residents and families often share their gratitude to the staff for providing such loving care. Here at Westchester Manor we are caring, knowledgeable, and determined to make a difference in the lives of our residents every day.
