Tucked into the heart of High Point, North Carolina, Providence Place offers a continuum of services, along with comfortable surroundings and all the programs and amenities you need to make living easy, enjoyable, and stimulating. We are currently seeking new licensure as a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) by the North Carolina Department of Insurance.

Since 1978, Providence Place has been known as a destination of choice for North Carolina retirement living. As a not-for-profit senior community that’s now owned and operated by EveryAge, Providence Place is home to active people with a love for life, ideas, activity, and engagement.

Providence Place is a 55+ active adult rental community that’s highly sought after for its quality and affordability. We don’t require a buy-in, which makes us unique.
