Providence Place offers varying levels of memory support throughout our communities for residents with all forms of dementia.
Various services of non-denominational Christian worship are offered each week at different times and in different venues across our campus. We strive to be a supplement to existing faith communities while residents are at our facilities.
We specialize in human touch care at Providence Place, with professional trainers on site for one-on-one physical, occupational, and speech therapies as well as rehabilitation programs after surgery or injury.
Throughout each week at each community, we provide activities that focus on physical strength, spiritual needs, social interactions, teamwork, relaxation, and intellectual well being.
The global pandemic situation with COVID-19 is actively evolving. We at Providence Place are closely monitoring and following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services as well as the Guilford County Department of Health and Human Services.
Following the direction of Guilford County, effective March 13th, 2020 we have implemented a NO VISITOR RESTRICTION for Westchester Manor and Westchester Harbour.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
The health and safety of our residents are of the utmost importance.
