Is a residence for those individuals who can live free from the need of additional care but prefer the comfort and security offered by living with others similar in age. This is maintenance free living whereby all usual day to day care is taken care by the management company of the apartments. Residents are free to come and go as they please.

Assisted Living Facility – call:(336)888-6777

Assisted Living is for those who have progressed in age or health and need some assistance with their activities of daily living – such as medication management, bathing, dressing or eating. The facility allows the residents freedom but is there to support them in their daily needs. They are monitored for medical conditions on a 24/7 basis.

Skilled Nursing and Rehab Facility – call:(336)888-4600

A skilled nursing resident is one who has progressed in age or health and requires 24/7 medical assistance. Their continual care is to be monitored by doctors and medical staff who assist with their long term goal of wellness to the best of its ability. The Rehab resident is one who is in need of a short term stay for strength regeneration, recuperations or some form of therapy to bring them back to functioning at a level prior to the onset of a condition.

Memory Care Units – available at both Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing

There are memory care units at both the Assisted and the Skilled Nursing facilities. These units are for those special residents who need assistance with daily life activities due to lack of cognition brought on by dementia or Alzheimer disease.
